What it means

Confirmed Pay means payment for a collaboration completed through Soundhiver was confirmed.

It sits next to Verified Credit: one shows the work locked, the other shows the pay path closed.

If Confirmed Pay is missing

Check that:

  1. Checkout finished successfully (you got a success screen or email).
  2. You waited a few minutes and refreshed.
  3. You are looking at the same Session / engagement where the pay happened.
  4. If it is still missing, email support@soundhiver.com with the payment time and account email.
