Troubleshoot login and account issues

Try these steps:

1. Open the login page and choose Forgot password.
2. Use the newest reset email (older links may fail).
3. Set a new password you have not used elsewhere.
4. Retry login in a private/incognito window.
5. Disable password-manager autofill once and type the password manually.

Check these:

1. Look in Spam / Promotions.
2. Confirm you requested reset for the same email on the account.
3. Wait a few minutes and request one new reset (avoid many quick requests).
4. Open only the newest reset link.
5. If you no longer own that email, contact support@soundhiver.com from another address and explain.

For a locked account or email you cannot access, email support@soundhiver.com with your username (if known) and what you need changed.
