How do payments work?

When checkout is available, paid collaborations use Razorpay through Soundhiver.

On a Brief, the poster pays the creator. On Craft, the buyer pays the provider.

Soundhiver is the payment rail for paid engagements. The platform does not fund creator wages.

A small platform fee may apply when paid work completes through Soundhiver.

Try these steps:

1. Confirm the card or UPI method works elsewhere.
2. Retry checkout once.
3. Try another browser or disable extensions that block payments.
4. Email support@soundhiver.com with the Brief or Craft name, amount, and time of the attempt.
